Welcome to

Litany of the Home

Litany of the Home is a mission for all mothers to grow in holiness and wholeness in their God-given role of motherhood. We bring together a diverse tapestry of Australian Catholic mothers, each with her own unique journey, experiences, and stage in life. Hence, we don’t impose a one-size-fits-all model. We desire to bring all to Christ, through his Catholic Church, and uphold our Blessed Mother as our role model and guide for holy motherhood.

Stephanie Co-founder

Stephanie is a wife and mother of eight residing in the suburbs of Melbourne. Before becoming a mother, she worked in education and volunteered for Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. Stephanie’s faith inspires her to encourage other mothers to deepen their prayer life and foster liturgical living in the home. Her hobbies are learning new cooking skills, decluttering, and reading in noisy cafes.

Beck Co-founder

Beck is a wife and mother to three small children, based in regional NSW. A Catholic convert, she has a heart for encouraging women, making traditions, and living community life. Beck is blessed to know many faith-filled mothers, who inspired the idea to create a platform that shared their wisdom. Beck loves flowers, heartfelt catch-ups with friends, and living out the faith.

Hannah Managing Editor

Hannah is a single mother of one and part-time librarian, living in Melbourne. Her faith journey has taken her across the world, including three formative years living in Rome, which allowed her to experience the Church from its epicenter. She is a self-professed type A Martha (in the best possible sense), who loves to witness to her faith through service and hospitality. In her spare time, Hannah can be found reading recipe books, eating cheese or staking out Melbourne’s best delis.

Sarah Copy Editor

Sarah is the mother of four grown up children whom she homeschooled for ten years. In this time, she developed a love of writing and correct grammar use. After her conversion at Paris 1997 World Youth Day, she met and married James. Sarah lives in regional NSW where she now teaches primary aged children. Sarah and James are members of the Fraternity of the Heart of Jesus in the Emmanuel Community.

Bec Communications and Media

Bec is a wife, mother, and lawyer, living in Sydney. Her faith enriches her life and orients all she does towards heaven. Bec finds joy in long distance running, swimming, and iced lattes.
